Nandkishore has appeared before all the jurisdictions of Mauritius from the District Courts to the Judicial Committee of the Privy Council where he regularly appears either as junior or lead counsel. He also appears for and advises banks, insurance companies and the Medical Council of Mauritius.

He was formerly the chairman of the Mauritius Bar Association. He has been the chairman of the Termination of Contracts Services Board and is currently one of the chairmen sitting on appeal for the Mauritius Turf Club.

EDUCATION
Nandkishore graduated with an LLB degree from the University of Lancaster. He was called to the Bar of England and Wales in 1990 at the Honourable Society of the Middle Temple and to the Mauritian Bar in the same year.
