Zeinab joined the Chambers of Sir Hamid Moollan K.C. after being called to the Mauritian Bar in January 2020.

Zeinab has appeared as junior counsel in cases before the Judge in Chambers, the Supreme Court of Mauritius, including the Commercial and Bankruptcy Divisions. Zeinab regularly appears before the Industrial Court, Intermediate Court as well as District Courts. Zeinab also appears before the Employment Relations Tribunal. She has keen interest in civil law, commercial law, employment law and insurance law.

EDUCATION

Zeinab read law at the University of Northampton. She holds an LLM in Commercial Law with specialisation in International Contracts, Financial Crime, Banking Law, International Commercial and Investment Arbitration and Corporate Governance and Corporate Social Responsibility from the University of the West of England, Bristol.

She was called to the Bar of England and Wales in November 2018 and the Mauritian Bar in January 2020. Zeinab remains a member of the Honourable Society of the Middle Temple as at today.
